Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use the order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Dualit appliance in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
